I agree with Lewis Thomas about cloning human beings i don’t think it should be done.

  • In order to make the clone the same as the other person you would have to clone all of their friends and family, but to recreate all of that person’s friends and family to be the same you would have to recreate all of their friends and family as well. You would basically have to clone the whole world in order to make people the same.
  • People are not supposed to scientifically recreate people. Like my dad says “they are trying to play God”
  • Everyone would be the same there would be nothing new to come out of the new people because it would be the same as the people before them.

But

  • If people had a clone they would never have to search for a donor if they had poor health. and it would help cure a lot of diseases.
  • If it was someone really smart they could keep discovering and creating new things after the first person died.
